Home Visits
We are available for home visits and will endeavour to arrange a home visit as quickly as possible. Once you have spoken to a JDoc representative, we will contact our doctor to obtain advice on the priority of your call. We will then try to facilitate the doctor's visit within the shortest time possible. Please be aware, we cannot guarantee home visits during normal working hours as we are primarily an out-of-hours service.
Please call before 11pm if you require a home visit by a doctor on the same night. All patients, including JDoc members need to be aware that any call outs after midnight will be charged at double the non-members weekend rate.
We currently cover only certain areas in North West London. These include all NW London postcodes (except NW1 & NW5), N2, N3, N6, N12, N20, HA8 and WD6. Home visits outside this area are at the doctor’s discretion. Priority visits are based on membership and clinical need.
