Membership

The cost of membership is £10 per month, per household; this includes all people residing at the same address. Single membership is also available at £5.00 per month. In order to receive our exclusive membership rates, patients must be registered with JDoc prior to receiving medical attention. Although during the first year of our new venture, from September 2011 to August 2012, patients will be able to register during an appointment and will receive membership rates for that first appointment.

Membership can be paid annually, for a family the fee is £120.00 and a single membership is £60.

However if you pay the annual fee upfront by standing order you will receive a discount, fixed for two years, therefore bringing your annual membership from £120.00 down to £99.00 for family membership and from £60.00 to £50.00 for a single membership.

If you wish to take advantage of our membership scheme please download the membership form and a standing order form. Should you wish to pay monthly then you will be required to set up a standing order with your bank. Annual fees can be paid in full by standing order, cheque or bank card, but please be advised that we do charge a fee for processing credit cards. Cheques should be made out to JDoc Medical Ltd.
