JDoc prides itself on being one of the few services that is able to be multi-functional in its ability to meet its patients’ needs. The ability to avail yourself of telephone or email advice is indispensable, particularly when you may be away overseas and dealing with foreign medical teams, which you are not familiar with. By calling 0800 043 1492 or +44 207 112 1502 from overseas and choosing Option 1. You will immediately be put directly through to one of our doctors or you can leave a message with your contact details and a doctor will call you back as soon as they are available. For non-urgent medical advice, you can email our doctors at emailconsult@jdoc365.co.uk and you will receive an email reply within 24 hours.

For those of you who work long hours, our conveniently timed surgeries meet the current needs of today’s first world patients. We do not expect you to take half the day off to see us in our surgery and are happy for you to be able to come in after hours at our specially arranged times to be able to be seen in the evenings.

For those who wish to have the convenience of a home visit, these are offered during the day and in the evening, as required, but please be aware that we cannot always guarantee a home visit during office hours especially in areas outside of NW4, NW11 and N3.
